Passport must be valid for at least six (6) months at the time of arrival in the UAE. This condition applies to all kinds of passports.
Ordinary and diplomatic passports
Holders of Polish passports can receive a free of charge visa upon their arrival in the UAE. The visa is issued for tourism purposes only and does not entitle its bearer to undertake paid or unpaid employment in the UAE.
The visa is valid for 30 days. It can be extended, upon a request, for additional 30 days. There is a fee of 500 AED for visa extension.
Holders of Polish service passports travelling to the UAE for official purposes need to apply for a visa at the UAE Embassy in Warsaw.
Temporary Passports and Travel Documents
Temporary Passports and Travel Documents do NOT entitle their holder to enter the UAE under any circumstances. Temporary passport issued by the Polish Embassy in Abu Dhabi are accepted only for the purpose of leaving the UAE.

Applying for a visa at the UAE Embassy in Poland
Diplomats accredited to Poland, citizens of the countries whose nationals are not eligible for visa upon arrival to the UAE service, can apply for a courtesy visa if traveling for official purposes. Please contact the Consular
Department for further information about the procedure. Please do not submit any application if you do not fall under the above category.

France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Cyprus, Malta, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong.
Holders of Polish Residence Permits
Polish Residence Permit does NOT entitle its bearer to enter the UAE. If not eligible for visa upon arrival service, one can apply for visa at a travel agency, a hotel in the UAE or via Emirates Airlines.
Transit visa can be obtained via all airlines, provided that the entire trip is operated by the same airline. If travelling with a stop-over in the UAE and continuing travel to other foreign destination with other airlines, one cannot obtain transit visa but should request tourist visa via travel agency or a hotel in the UAE.
